Imvula Securities is a partnership between the Maharishi Institute (MI) and African Alliance Securities Trading an FSCA registered company. Imvula Securities, a level 2 BEE firm, is a South African stockbroker trading for both local and international institutional clients in equities on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
Imvula, is the first of its kind in Africa and possibly the world. A commercial stock broking firm based in a University helping to fund the University and an NGO. Imvula is the real reason Black Economic Empowerment was established in South Africa with proceeds having tangible real life results in funding Black students and the University. The owners of African Alliance are proud to partner with the Maharishi Institute to create Imvula to help groom and grow future leaders and professionals in South African financial markets.
Imvula Securities is based at the Maharishi Institute in Johannesburg, Imvula, a level 2 BEE firm is a best execution stock broker which supports the Maharishi Institute through profits made. Being based at the Maharishi Institute also allows the business to train students in operations, trading and compliance at a live stock broker enabling students to leave University with real practical experience.
